fix: address coderabbit review on #6219

fix(query-cache): guard against undefined result from superjson.parse on legacy cache entries
Fixes #6219 superjson.parse returns undefined when given plain JSON (stored by older versions before the superjson serializer was introduced). Without the null guard, accessing .buster on undefined throws "Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'buster')", which is caught and logged as "Failed to hydrate query cache" — contributing to instability on upgrade. Also remove now-redundant optional chaining on persisted.clientState since persisted is guaranteed non-null at that point.

Thomas Camlong	0dc93c1a02	fix(deps): revert typescript from 7.0.1-rc to ^6.0.3 Next.js 16.2.9 does not fully support TypeScript 7 (tsgo) as the primary typescript package. The Go-native compiler has no in-process JavaScript API — lib/typescript.js is missing — which causes Next.js's hasNecessaryDependencies check to fail and the build to SIGABRT with CI=true. Vercel is working on native tsgo integration expected in Q3 2026 alongside TypeScript 7 stable.	2026-07-06 12:15:38 +02:00
