Thomas Camlong 2faa0f018a chore: upgrade typescript from v6 to v7 (tsgo native port)
TypeScript 7 is a native Go port (tsgo) that delivers 8-12x faster
builds and a rebuilt LSP. No tsconfig changes needed — the codebase
was already compatible with all TS7 defaults and deprecations.
