fix(definitions): correct featured integrations and default configs

- Remove unused timetable skip entry from defaultWidgetConfigs
- Use "seerr" instead of "jellyseerr" in featuredIntegrations
- Add "Support Homarr" OpenCollective link to defaultBookmarkApps
