fix(beszel): prevent recharts negative dimension warnings

Add minWidth: 0 and overflow: hidden to ChartPanel (CSS Grid item)
and minWidth: 0 to BeszelAreaChart. Prevents ResponsiveContainer from
computing negative width/height in grid/flex layouts before first paint.
