chore(dev): colocate beszel agent data with docker-compose

Browse Source 
Move beszel_agent_data, beszel_data, and beszel_socket directories
into development/ alongside beszel.docker-compose.yml. Add .gitignore
for volatile data (dbs, sockets) while keeping the fingerprint.
