Thomas Camlong e836d07d4c fix: content-based SVG detection, guard tests, document REDIS_CACHE_DB

- Detect SVG by content (magic bytes) in addition to MIME type to prevent
  sanitization bypass via mislabeled uploads
- Add guard test verifying DOMPurify actually strips dirty payloads
- Add looksLikeSvg detection test
- Document REDIS_CACHE_DB in .env.example

Create T3 App

This is a T3 Stack project bootstrapped with create-t3-app.

We try to keep this project as simple as possible, so you can start with just the scaffolding we set up for you, and add additional things later when they become necessary.
