- Upgrade typescript from ^6.0.3 to ^7.0.1-rc (native Go compiler) - Fix type errors caught by TS7's stricter generic variance checking in RequestError instantiation (3 handler files) - Update apps/docs/tsconfig.json: remove deprecated baseUrl, bump target from es5 to ES2022 (both removed in TS7) - Add TS7 to minimumReleaseAgeExclude (rc release within cutoff) Benchmark results (cold, 37 packages): TS6: 6m49s -> TS7 native: 1m35s (~4.3x faster) Incremental/warm: ~24x faster (17s for full project)
