  (dns-hole, media-requests, smart-home, indexer-manager, anchor-notes)
- importOldmarrConfig: invalidate created boards
- createBoard: invalidateUserCache when auto-setting homeBoardId
- group.savePositions: invalidate user caches for affected members
- integration.requestMedia: invalidate integration data cache
- user.delete: invalidate user cache
