- Remove apps/websocket/ (merged into custom server in server.ts)
- Remove apps/tasks/ (merged into custom server in server.ts)
- Exclude customServer.cjs and customServer.css from tsconfig to prevent
  tsc errors when build artifacts are present
- Update pnpm-lock.yaml (removed 138 unnecessary packages)
