Thomas Camlong 18d6013f3f merge: resolve conflicts with origin/dev ...

Take dev's newer dependency versions (tiptap 3.27.1, testcontainers 12.0.3).
Resolve beszel widget conflicts by keeping our approach (no per-widget
staleTime/refetchInterval/subscriptions, globals handle it).
