Subject: [PATCH] fix: improve container detection to support Podman and other
 runtimes

Replace single /.dockerenv check with a robust isInContainer() helper
that covers Docker, Podman (/.containerenv), cgroup-based detection
(containerd, LXC) and /proc/1/environ as a general fallback.
